There are some people who wake up extra early every morning for work. People that follow all the rules, keep their heads down and stick tightly to their routine. People that go to extremes to please others with false hope of reward, whether that be friends, colleges, boss’s, family members ect. People that live their whole lives slaves to a system their un-aware of.

If you feel like your life is unfulfilled, unsatisfying or your not as happy as you feel you could be, you’ve stumbled across the right blog! There are many ways one can change his or her life. But the first step is having the right approach.

A positive perspective can increase the likely hood of good fortune, good health and mental wellbeing. Once you have a healthy and realistic mindset nothing is unattainable.

A good way to translate this theory is to picture someone who wakes up every morning telling themselves there going to be a millionaire. Some people may view this individual as arrogant but this person is far more likely to achieve his goal then a person telling themselves that it is not possible.

When you tell yourself that you cant do something what your actually doing is limiting your true potential.
So first, ask yourself this…

Am I happy in the routine I live in?

This question is not as simple as it may appear as most people confuse being content with being happy. You can be satisfied with your life but satisfaction may just not be enough for those looking to experience life to the fullest. Once you’ve answered this question, ask yourself this…

Is my body happy?

This may seem a silly question for some but in order to be completely happy there needs to be a healthy balance between your internal and external, your inside and out. If your body is not functioning to its maximum potential, in essence you are unbalanced and your external reality will follow in the same direction. Eating healthily is key to keeping your body and mind happy. Things that we think make us happy,  like money or food for example, only temporally bring us joy. Unfortunately the reality of this false perception is that, it in-fact damages us mentally and physically over time.  Are the people around me happy?

There are three types of people in the world. Positive, negative and neutrals. If you hang around positive people your more likely to become a positive person. You hang around with negative people the same rule applies. People that are neutral are people that are more subjective to being manipulated. This can either be good or bad depending on the energies of the manipulator. If you find yourself surrounded by negative people, or people that are easily influenced by others its probably a good time to get your priorities straight and realise that the first step starts from within.

Be the positive change that helps others express themselves in the same light.

Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become YOUR WORDS

keep your words positive because your words become YOUR BEHAVIOUR

keep your behaviour positive because your behaviour becomes YOUR HABITS

keep your habits positive because your habits become YOUR VALUES

keep your values positive because your values become YOUR DESTINY

And Finally the biggest question of them all.

Are you ready to change?

We all have it within us, but can we be bothered? Is it really worth it? As humans we all need to learn that it is essential to a certain degree to put ones priorities first. You are the only person that is ever going to live your  life. So do it the right way.. do it YOUR way. We have to learn to love ourselves first before we can love others. And to learn to love yourself, you must first learn to be happy within yourself.

Dream BIG, Love hard, Travel far, Learn right, Question things and never let anyone tell you how you should live.
